Tanya Ross is a Whole Body Movement Coach with over 30 years of experience helping people restore movement, confidence, and trust in their bodies. Her work integrates movement re-education, breath work, nervous system regulation, strength training, Pilates, Yoga, and rehabilitation principles.
This method was shaped not only through professional expertise, but through Tanya’s own lived experience of an injury leading to debilitating hip pain, having to stop the activities you love as the conventional treatment and rehab wasn’t working, the effects of grief in the whole mix, and the slow and mindful journey to recovery. After years of being active, pushing through daily pain, and being told her symptoms were “just age and menopause,” she stepped back and rebuilt her body through deep listening, nervous system regulation, and whole-body integration.
Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical — empowering women to understand their bodies, reclaim independence, and return to the activities they love with confidence, grace and ease.
